CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As you all know, the spread of Covid-19 virus in UK is accelerating and our government has issued new and significant guidelines for us to follow.

We at Orangetek remain fully operational and are taking the following actions in response the Government’s guidance and in a bid to do our part in ensuring our staff are safe and protected wherever possible.

Our office and sales teams will be working from home during the next few weeks and until advised otherwise by HM Government. They can be contacted directly by email or phone and will respond as usual.

We will keep in contact whilst minimising any direct face to face meetings except where absolutely essential.

From today onwards we would ask that you do not visit our offices until further notice. This is to protect OrangeTek employees and yourselves from any potential contagion. If you require a meeting, please get in touch and we will arrange a call back by phone or Skype.

Also, you might find that our main phone lines will be on voicemail during normal working hours. This does not mean we are closed, it’s just that the member of staff will be working at home, please contact the person you require directly via email or mobile phone.

We are open and operating our normal shift patterns and will continue to do so.
Our operations team will continue on-site adhering to the following measures:
• Social distancing – maintain a minimum of 2 metres distance between each other
• Anti-bacterial cleaning of all electronic devices daily
• Hourly hand cleansing.
• Restrictions of non-critical staff entering the work premises
• Daily premises clean-down
• Staff isolation segregation between office & warehouse

OrangeTek will follow advice regarding the situation in line with government announcements. Once we obtain information or advice, which may affect our employees or our business activities, we will endeavour to communicate these as a matter of urgency.

Subject to any additional restrictions by the HM Government, OrangeTek will continue its day to day business activities.

If you or your business has implemented (or plans to do so) shutdowns or restricted activities in terms of deliveries, please get in contact with our team who will liaise and discuss alternative solutions.

Yours Sincerely
Wilbur Tarn - Director
